Order Form
- To
place an order print the Order Form and fill-in the information
requested. Send the Order Form, with your payment to the address
printed near the bottom of it.
The “Price” per chick is listed on the Order
Form.
- Chicks are sold as Straight Run (not
sexed). The quantity should add up to either 25 or 50 chicks on
the Order Form, if the chicks are being mailed to you. The quantity may be between 10 and 50,
if you are picking them up in Birch Run, Michigan.
- Order early for a limited number of hatches in
April and May.
- Eggs are custom incubated according to each
order on a first come basis.
- Unless you are picking up your chicks at
ChickHatchery.com they will be shipped via Express Mail. Chicks
are shipped on Monday afternoons and your local Post Office should call
you to pick up your chicks as soon as they arrive. ChickHatchery.com sends chicks to Zip
code locations in the US
only.
- If enough chicks don’t hatch of a breed
and variety that you order chicks of other varieties, of equal or
greater value, may be substituted to fill your order. Please feel free to indicate some of
your other choices under the “Comments” section of the Order
Form or write “No Substitutions” and a refund will be mailed
to you if the order can’t be filled exactly as requested.
Refunds will be made only if the order cannot be filled.
- If you are ordering an
“assortment” feel free to list the varieties you are most
interested in and we will try to include as many of them as
possible.
- Don’t count your chicks before they
hatch means guarantees cannot be made.
Decades of selective breeding are behind most of the breeds and
varieties offered, but unwanted characteristics may show up.
- ChickHatchery.com reserves the discretionary
right to refuse any order.
- Shipment is based on the ability and
willingness of the U.S. Post Office to accept day-old chicks.
